Delivery Policy

Rosmarinus Lab uses domestic shipping for all deliveries. Shipping costs are determined by the distance and other factors set by the carrier, which may cause variations in rates. All orders will be shipped within 24 hours on business days after receiving your payment.

EU Shipments

Shipments to the EU generally take 5 to 10 days after being submitted to a postal facility. However, delivery times may vary depending on the specific destination and local postal services.

International Shipments

International shipments typically take 1 to 3 weeks, depending on your country’s customs processing times and the postal services used. Delays may occur during customs clearance, which is out of our control.

Package Lost or Damaged

We offer a delivery guarantee. If your package is not delivered successfully or arrives damaged or incomplete, we will either reship your order or provide a refund. If your package is lost or if any other issue prevents delivery, please contact us so we can arrange a replacement or a full refund.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, which may be compromised by improper storage or tampering, we do not accept returns on items that have been unsealed or opened. All return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the product. If the product is defective, we will assess the situation and determine the best solution. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Import Tax

The buyer is fully responsible for any taxes, VAT, duties, or other charges related to importing goods into their country. All such fees must be paid by the buyer. However, orders shipped within the EU are not subject to additional import taxes. Orders that cannot be delivered due to unpaid import fees or an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer will not be covered by our delivery guarantee. We advise customers to check their country's import regulations before placing an order.
